DESCRIPTION (as provided by vendor)

Rising 5yo ASHS registered gelding. Out of a QH/TB mare by the gorgeous heritage ASH stallion Yarrawa Cool Gunsmoke. A lovely moving horse with a great temperament, very sweet and eager to be around people. Started as a 3yo and put out to grow. Unfortunately developed a nasty seedy toe infection requiring significant hoof resection that saw him out of action for most of last year. Then the fires/smoke and COVID-19 saw him unridden again. He's now at the bottom of the list of young ones to bring on and the decision has been made to sell him outside of the big ASH sales given his age and lack of opportunity to go out and compete.

Harry is a nice type with a great rocking horse canter and big walk. Will be a fantastic working horse or all rounder, adult riding club or eventually pony club once he's re-started and has some miles under his belt. A very good doer with great feet.

Always barefoot, teeth just done. Ready to go on with. Should be very easy to get going - was started using the Mclean/AEBC method so has all the buttons installed - will 'park' (ie ground tie though he'd rather follow you around!), loads easily, hard ties, moves off pressure lightly.

This is essentially a very green-broken horse with a lot of potential to be a great all-rounder. Needs a gentle touch, though, as he had some frightening handling as a youngster and is unsettled by quick movements, raised voices and rough handling.
