Regrettably for sale is Jade (race name: Open Heart), who is a beautiful mare with no vices - I’ve had her just over 12 months and never seen her windsuck, pace, wobble etc. I was never going to sell her but have been struggling the last few months to keep my horses maintained after a drop in income, so the heartbreaking decision to rehome some has to be made. Jade has only been a pet to me and a companion with my other horses - I’ve never ridden her but she is super-easy to catch, worm, groom - she is patient and moves to pressure whenever I need to move her (like feeding time, she is always hanging out at the gate and I move her easily to enter) She gets on well with my other horses (I only have mares), has no bite or kick and loves her scratches and carrots. In fat paddock condition but her hooves need trimming as I haven’t been able to afford it the last few months. Does have scars on her near, hind leg mentioned for accuracy and hasn’t appeared to affect her in any way. Teeth and vaccinations due early December. Pickup location is Taree South, less than 2kms off the Pacific Highway on the Bucketts Way.
