NAME: Aurora
BREED: Thoroughbred
SEX: Mare
HEIGHT: 16.2
AGE: 10

DESCRIPTION (as provided by vendor)

Stunning bay 16.2hh TB mare

A Coldstream warmblood stud mare.
Although a TB (never been near a race track), she is very heavy set and looks more warmblood, than TB.

10 year old who oozes presence.
This mare was bred for dressage.
She is a very smoochy mare and would rather stand and be scratched than eat her hay 😂.
Loves to be pampered (Not mareish at all but she is the queen of the pecking order)
If you ignore her she rests her chin on your shoulder and will wait until she has your attention.
She is a sensitive mare who requires a competent, knowledgeable, calm, quiet rider to be able to appreciate her talent and compete through the grades.
No vices/injuries but will pull her face at dogs if they go near her feed.
She keeps her weight on very well, can get a little porky in summer if she has too much grass but has never caused any issues. Respects fences, rugs, travels perfectly.
ABSOLUTELY NO BEGINNERS/NOVICE RIDERS.
She has an incredible soft mouth and works naturally in a frame.
This is a devastating sale only due to owner back surgery not recovered as planned.
She is currently in paddock condition due to owner recovering from surgery.
She lives out but she would much rather be tucked up in a stable with home comforts 👌.
She knows when it's feeding time, will make her way to the shed and will wait patiently until her dinner arrives.
She does have a reserve to ensure she gets the best of homes that she deserves
